The New Snipes at Kaiserstrasse 179a

Inspired by hip-hop, streetball, dance, and action sports, SNIPES offers the latest streetwear and
sneaker looks from brands like Adidas, Jordan, Nike, Puma, Reebok, and Vans. The new location in
Karlsruhe invites young shoppers – and those who remained young at heart – to explore the 450 m²
space. The store at Kaiserstrasse 179a is impossible to miss: It towers at an attractive corner spot and
impresses with its significant building structure. The retail space was formerly used by the insolvent
shoe retailer Dielmann. Stapp + Partner supported SNIPES in finding the new location and
congratulates them on the successful move!

TRIER

Traditional Brand Opens a New Store at Hauptmarkt

Kneipp opened a new brand store at Hauptmarkt 12 in Trier. The traditional manufacturer of healthcare and cosmetic products, with their headquarter in Würzburg, Germany, was founded over 130 years ago and is named after the well-known naturopath and co-founder Father Sebastian Kneipp. Today, Kneipp operates internationally, and their products are available in 18 different countries. Stapp + Partner was behind their most recent store opening in Trier.

KONSTANZ

New Glasses for Lake Constance

Mister Spex, the largest online optometrist in Europe, opened a store in a prime location in the center of Konstanz. Stapp + Partner facilitated the desired location at Kanzleistrasse 6 for what is probably the most innovative company in the optometrist industry, which has been awarded multiple times for its omnichannel sales concept. The space has over 150 m² and was previously used by the insolvent fashion chain "Orsay".

LÖRRACH

Moving to Tumringer Strasse

The Calzedonia Group has its headquarters in Verona but works successfully on a global level offering hosiery, swimwear, and underwear for women, men, and children. They moved to a new store of around 160 m² in Tumringer Strasse 42 in Lörrach after the old location in Basler Strasse had become too small. Stapp + Partner hopes for the great business in Lörrach to grow even further!

AUGSBURG

New Opening in Annastrasse

Stapp + Partner supported property owners in re-letting a retail space of around 500 m² at Annastrasse, the former home to the Reno shoe store chain, where Bücher Pustet moved into at the end of May 2022. The family business operates eleven bookstores in Bavaria and was urgently looking for a new location to leave their old place in Augsburg's Karolinenstrasse. Because of declining foot traffic and conversion plans by the property owner, the brand wanted to move as soon as possible.

WIESBADEN

New Opening in Langgasse

We supported the owners in re-letting the 150 m² retail space in Langgasse 6 after the long-term tenant WMF had moved out. At the beginning of June 2022, a new tenant was found: the optometrist Neusehland, a medium-sized family business run by the second generation. With 41 branches, Neusehland is one of the leading suppliers of glasses, contact lenses, and hearing aids in Hessen.

HEIDELBERG

News from the High Street

Since March 2022, wearers of glasses can find excellent advice and a huge selection of brands at the top of Heidelberg's pedestrian zone. A new branch of Optik Binder opened at Hauptstrasse 2a. With 48 specialist shops, the family business from Böblingen is one of the prominent names when it comes to glasses and contact lenses in Baden-Württemberg. Stapp + Partner worked with the owners in re-letting the 150 m² space after the French fashion chain Promod had to close all German branches due to bankruptcy.

PFORZHEIM

Attention Sweet Teeth!

KATZ is one of the Stuttgart region's most traditional and sustainable bakers. Since 1899, the family business has provided their grateful customers with high-quality baked goods made fresh with regional products daily. Visitors to Pforzheim can now enjoy these treats at Westliche Karl-Friedrichstrasse 72. Stapp + Partner connected the business with the new 200 m² retail space and wishes everyone bon appetite!

GIESSEN

Moving to Seltersweg

The cosmetics chain Rituals expanded: The new store at Seltersweg 44 of 200 m² is about twice as large as the old location at Seltersweg 28 and sways customers with an impressive window front. Stapp + Partner arranged the new premises for Rituals and congratulates them on their big opening!

REGENSBURG

Buch Rupprecht Opens their 45th Branch

The Rupprecht bookstore chain, which operates in southern Germany, opened its 45th store. The space of approximately 300 m² is located at Königsstrasse 4, a historical building right in the center of the old town. It used to be the former publishing house of Heinrich Held's 'Regensburger Anzeiger', who was Prime Minister of Bavaria from 1924 until his dismissal in 1933. The old printing presses used to stand where curious readers buy their books today. Stapp + Partner wishes them a successful chapter with the new store!
